About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment**: Ensure that patient rooms, common areas, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas are clean and free of clutter.
  • **Adhere to Infection Control Guidelines**: Follow strict Infection Control cleanliness and PPE practices to prevent the spread of infections.
  • **Provide Excellent Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including patients, families, and staff.

Requirements
