Carryout Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Carryout Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the carryout station, communicating with the kitchen team, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome carryout guests
• Take orders over the phone, online, and through third-party delivery platforms
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing orders
• Package food and beverages, condiments, and other items promptly and accurately
• Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and preferences
• Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately accounting for all receivables
• Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer guests to management when necessary

Requirements:

• Must be able to operate a point-of-sale system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions accurately
• Must be able to read menu items and speak English fluently
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties
• Professional phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Must be able to carry trays and supplies, and assist with re-stocking and detail cleaning of the restaurant

Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 7:00am-2:00pm
