Job Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate a team of prepared foods specialists. As a Food Retail Supervisor at Whole Foods Market IP, L.P., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Prepared Foods department. This includes supervising and delegating tasks to team members, training new employees, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

About You
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have extensive knowledge of retail operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 12 months retail experience is required, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and delegate tasks to team members
* Train new employees on prepared foods procedures and policies
* Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
* Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate inventory levels
