Therapist Role Overview:
As a Lead In-Community Therapist, you will play a critical role in our team's efforts to provide mental health treatment and support to individuals and families in the community. Your primary responsibility will be to work with co-therapists and medical personnel to deliver high-quality care. This will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for advocating for clients and assisting them in understanding their diagnosis, treatment approaches, and medication management. In addition, you will participate in in-services, meetings, and training programs as required by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and make referrals as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with co-therapists and medical personnel
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions three times a week for at least 12 weeks
- Visit clients in their environment to assess progress and provide support
- Advocate for clients and assist them in understanding their diagnosis, treatment approaches, and medication management
- Participate in in-services, meetings, and training programs as required by your supervisor

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Social Science and two years of post-graduate experience working with SMI populations. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are also required.
