Job Overview

DXP Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our Kansas territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in safety products and services
  • Identify new sales and service opportunities within the territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to customers
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements:

  • Outside sales experience selling industrial supplies and safety products
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in sales software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
