Job Overview

Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC seeks a skilled Multilingual Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for effectively leasing apartments within our multifamily unit community, while also assisting management with resident programs, administration, and retention strategies.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or Portuguese, and proficiency in standard office equipment and computer software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, qualify, and provide tours of the community to prospective residents
  • Lease apartments, including securing lease agreements, obtaining required information, and processing applications for approval
  • Follow up with prospects regarding the status of their application
  • Input information into computer systems accurately and timely
  • E nsure apartments are ready for residents to move-in on agreed dates
  • Assist the manager in collecting delinquent rents
  • Participate in planning resident functions
  • Gather information about market competition in the area
  • Comply with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety procedures
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 6 months of service industry experience
  • Regular office work, with occasional outside duties in all weather conditions
