POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician to carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and service both commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of control operations and the ability to analyze data to ensure optimal equipment performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install replacement parts and equipment according to manufacturer specifications to maintain warranties.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems in accordance with established standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC malfunctions while adhering to EPA standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and operating logs as per the maintenance schedule.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including timesheets and service reports.
  • Participate in safety training and maintain tools and vehicles as required.
  • Be available for overtime work during weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • Rotate on-call shifts weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an HVAC Apprenticeship Program.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a professional demeanor towards clients.
  • Possession of an EPA universal refrigeration license.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety policies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
