Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Production Manufacturing Intern to join our team for a 10-12 week internship program. As a Food Production Manufacturing Intern, you will work in our processing plant and gain hands-on experience in food production and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Master the ins and outs of food production and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with our team to optimize processes and improve quality assurance and food safety.
- Develop leadership skills by guiding and mentoring first-line employees.
- Contribute to process improvements and develop solutions to industry challenges.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Agri-Business, Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Ag Leadership, or related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Demonstrated participation in extracurricular activities and involvement on-campus.
- Previous work experience of any kind.

The internship program is designed to grow future leaders by providing professional development and a series of assignments that align with professional interests within the processing and manufacturing industry. You will have opportunities to network and learn from industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and develop your leadership skills.
