Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Jackson, NJ and surrounding locations. As a Physical Therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, providing evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes. Responsibilities
  • Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults, delivering proactive and evidence-based therapy to improve their quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest geriatric care practices and technologies.

Requirements
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
  • A degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification.
  • Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
