Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs to identify potential issues and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans, including medication administration and other interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as push/pull gurneys and other equipment, as needed.
