Responsibilities:
- Record patient medical history and symptoms, and create comprehensive patient care plans.
- Perform physical exams and patient observations, and protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on various health-related topics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Must have an active State License.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
- Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 2 weeks of vacation, CME allowance, sick days, holidays, and 401K.
