Meat Cutter Job Description at Weis Markets

**Job Summary:**
As a Meat Cutter at Weis Markets, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing meat department that meets customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and organized meat department, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions and concerns about meat products.
* Provide accurate information to customers about the preparation and cutting of various meat cuts.
* Cut, trim, bone, and grind meat for display or as ordered by customers.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting customer demands and maintaining a high level of productivity.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in a meat cutting or butchery role preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
