Job OverviewLEAD Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Tampa & Newport Richey, FL. As a key member of our plumbing team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in commercial settings.
Salary: $24-$28 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Test plumbing systems to identify leaks and other faults, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, following relevant building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial plumbing, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Strong knowledge of water distribution properties, principles related to water flow, pressure, and pipe materials.
- Mechanical drawing interpretation skills, ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Brazing and soldering techniques proficiency for joining pipes and fittings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, self-motivated and willing to learn and improve skills.
- Familiarity with measurements in the metric system.
- Ability to pass a drug test as part of employment requirements.
