We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveying Team Lead to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will be responsible for conducting field surveying for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layouts
  • Conduct land record research and analysis
  • Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Draft and develop survey plans and reports
  • Manage and supervise a team of surveyors and technicians
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in land surveying
  • Experience with boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys
  • Experience with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
