Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at Velociti Services. As a key member of our frontline associates, you will be responsible for providing commercial cleaning services onsite at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform standard custodial and janitorial tasks, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal.
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other employees to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with the lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform manual labor.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors and managers.
