Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 per year

Job Summary

The Neurosurgery Specialist examines and treats patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including injuries and illnesses affecting the brain and spine. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Examining patients, collecting medical histories, and performing diagnostic tests to determine the nature of their condition.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans, which may include medication, surgery, or other interventions.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery.
• Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A valid medical license in the state of Texas.
