Nurse Practitioner

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three years of hire
- At least six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives and caregivers
- Exceptional focus on teamwork and dedication to ongoing education
- National Certification in area of specialty
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification
