Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Therapist. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.

• Provide speech therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in students' communication skills
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address communication disorders

• Active or pending Indiana state SLP license
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Previous school experience preferred, but not required
