We're seeking an Electronics Systems Engineer - Communication Specialist to join our team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This role will involve research, design, development, integration, and test of electronic equipment and systems, including RF datalinks, SATCOM, and Communications Networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining complex RF communications architectures, systems, circuitry components, analog, and digital computers.
  • Primary responsible engineer for complex communications subsystems, supplier technical interfaces, and focal IPT representatives for integration support.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and quality.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related engineering experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance once in position.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Strong understanding of networking strategies including TCP/IP & WAN architectures.
    • Familiarity with encryption methods and cross-domain integrations.
    • RF and digital system design & analysis.
    • Antenna theory and operation.

As a valued employee, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $87,200 - $130,800, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
