We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse. Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in ICU nursing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
