Welcome to The Highlands

We are a community that values compassion, care, and dedication to our residents. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during mealtime.

Responsibilities

  • You will prepare food according to dietary standards and present it in a visually appealing manner.
  • You will take orders from residents and serve food efficiently and accurately.
  • You will set up and deliver trays as requested by the chef or cook, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining cleanliness.
  • You will bus tables and trays, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • You will pour and cover beverages, assist in preparing and covering food, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You should have a neat and professional appearance, adhering to our dress code policy.
  • You should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, interacting with residents and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • You must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • You should be willing to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, as needed.
