- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice in all aspects of care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and innovations in critical care, embracing a fast-paced and dynamic clinical environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Minimum 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
