Job Title: LPN - Inpatient

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in the inpatient setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in our hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical, pre and post-operative care for patients in the acute care setting.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with Providers, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and DON to ensure effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
  • Current Montana State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN.
  • Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures.
  • IV skills and Basic Office Skills.
