Source Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Source Acquisition Specialist to join our team at BryceTech. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.
About the Role:
- Assist the Government in executing source selections, including coordinating functional meeting requests, developing source selection documentation, and reviewing and drafting proposal evaluations.
- Provide contract and subcontract management support, advising Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists on various contracting actions, including requests for proposals, technical evaluations, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract execution.
- Advise and assist on the management of existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts and the development and execution of acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, advancement, and sustainment of weapon systems for Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP) and their mission partners.
- Provide expertise in contracting, negotiation, and acquisition strategy development and implementation.
- Collaborate with the Government Contracting Officer and contract specialists to execute various contracting actions.
Requirements:
- Contracting experience with FAR 8.4, 12, 13, 15, and 16.505.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and skill in devising negotiation strategies.
- Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to new acquisition requirements.
