Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team in Boise, Idaho.
About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and coordinate care plans, including medication administration, treatment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho.
- 1+ years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
