Condenser/Evaporator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Condenser/Evaporator Operator to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our dairy processing team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our condenser pasteurizer and milk separator equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain finished product quality to meet regulatory specifications
- Load and unload finished condense and cream, ensuring accurate scaling and labeling
- Perform butter fat and solids testing to ensure product quality
- Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Participate in the security seal program to ensure product integrity
- Assist the cheese operation as needed to support overall dairy processing goals
- Utilize SAP systems to track and manage production data
- Adhere to all DFA GMPs and corporate policies to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in dairy processing or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of dairy processing equipment and operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
