Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and direct all facilities-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage and maintain a database of all facility-related assets, including equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Assist with space planning and management, including coordinating moves and rearrangements.
- Manage security and access systems, including keycard access and surveillance cameras.
- Order and maintain office supplies, facilities supplies, and department-specific supplies.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with staff regarding facilities activities.
- Assist with facility repairs, installations, and maintenance projects, including grounds improvement and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and equipment guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Understanding of algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Valid driver's license.
This role operates in an outdoor and professional office environment. The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
