About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Senior BPM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our WI Operations Modernization Chapter, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated Business Process Models that automate, digitize, and modernize end-to-end business processes at Fidelity Investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop BPM solutions using Camunda, a leading BPM platform
  • Collaborate with business analysts and design leads to implement robust automation solutions
  • Work closely with business and operations teams to identify and address business process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain UIs to represent user tasks in a workflow, connectors, APIs, and other software modules to support BPM models
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy
  • Hands-on experience in building web services, RESTful APIs, and Spring
  • Solid grasp of software engineering and object-oriented design principles
  • 3-5 years of proven JavaScript and building user interfaces
  • Knowledge or exposure to implementing BPM solutions using Camunda
  • Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects
