Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our Child Development Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to our mission will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Classroom Management: Create a stimulating and organized classroom environment, implement approved curriculum, and maintain accurate records.
  • Direct Service: Develop lesson plans, build positive relationships with parents, and ensure children's safety and well-being.
  • Program Support: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, promote healthy boundaries, and leverage volunteers to increase organizational capacity.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work independently.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft and SharePoint.
