Job Title: NICU Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to join our team at Children's National Hospital. As a registered nurse in our neonatal intensive care unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Salary

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering family-centered care. You will work closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current RN licensure in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia
  • At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit
  • Demonstrated expertise in ventilator management, medication administration, and IV therapy
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
