• Shift Times: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts ranging from 5:00 AM-1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute Crumbl recipes accurately
• Measure and blend ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to produce cookies
• Decorate and present the finished products attractively
• Ensure that all finished goods comply with food safety and quality standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, making recommendations, processing orders and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and planning abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly during quality inspections of ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members to resolve issues, fulfill orders, and create exceptional baked goods
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
