Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

Middough Inc., a leading professional engineering, architecture, and project solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of projects, ensuring their profitability, quality, and timely completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other outside consultants, providing leadership and organization to the project team to instill confidence in the client regarding the project team's abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and profitability.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project costs, quality, and schedule, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope development, project costs, and schedules.
  • Exercise cost-efficient and innovative approaches to design and construction, saving costs and improving productivity.
  • Prepare periodic reports for clients, tracking cost, schedule, and quality performance.

Requirements:
  • Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • 15+ years of project portfolio management experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in project planning and scheduling functions, contract administration, liability, and safety requirements.
  • Experience with safety and contract/liability situations.
  • Broad knowledge, understanding, and experience with basic engineering and construction models, including A/E, EPCM, Design Build, and/or CM.
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly organized for effective project planning and completion.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
