Residential Electrician

Benjamin Marcus Homes is seeking a skilled Licensed Electrician to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems and components in new residential construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure successful project completion.
• Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Perform inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Electrician's License.
• Proven experience as an electrician in residential construction.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
