Job Summary:
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rural school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing essential services to students in rural schools within a 60-mile radius, spanning up to four schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in rural schools
- Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to ensure high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Idaho
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
