About the Role

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in safeguarding clients across various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, prioritizing the safety of clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and develop effective solutions to address them.
Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience in a related field.
  • Meet licensing requirements, which may include obtaining an armed security license and a valid driver's license for driving positions.
  • Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.
