About Your WorkAs a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with our Altais Medical Group Riverside clinic, you'll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve providing comprehensive care to patients with a range of health concerns, under minimal supervision. You'll work closely with our clinical team to manage patient cases, utilizing evidence-based medicine to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain patient history and perform physical examinations
- Review medications and related instructions
- Assess home safety and psychosocial needs
- Document patient information and case management notes
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
- Active California Nurse Practitioner License, National Provider Identifier (NPI), and Drug and Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Minimum of one year of experience in primary care clinic
- Electronic medical records experience, preferably with Epic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Physical Requirements: Office Environment - roles involving part to full-time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
