MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Diagnostic Imaging Specialist for a travel assignment in Elkader, Iowa. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images that aid in medical diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• ">
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary">
• Set controls on CT equipment, monitor patients, and make adjustments as needed">
• Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast when necessary">
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label them appropriately">
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions">
• Charge procedures and supplies used to patient records">

Requirements

To be considered for this travel assignment, you must have 18 months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech, be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified, and meet most states' licensure requirements. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

This travel opportunity offers a competitive salary of $ per year, paid biweekly.
