One Tech Engineering is currently seeking a Cost Control Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing financial tracking and forecasting on significant projects within the energy sector. The ideal candidate should be a US citizen or possess a green card and have a robust background in cost accounting, specifically within the construction, renewable energy, or oil and gas sectors.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute primary project control tasks to assist Project Managers effectively.
- Responsible for producing reports, aiding in control activities, responding to data inquiries, and developing/maintaining project schedules and detailed cost tracking.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to gather weekly and monthly updates on costs and schedules.
- Oversee project financials, ensuring the overall health of financial data and submitting monthly forecasts and accruals.
- Support Project Managers in delivering precise project forecasts and reviewing expenses.
- Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
- 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting within the construction, renewable energy, or oil and gas industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with SAP (ECC) is highly preferred, along with familiarity with macros.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
