We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for controls engineering and electrical support, controls modifications, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and direction to maintenance and other technical employees within the organization.
  • Evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
  • Lead activities related to TIP (Throughput Improvement Process).
  • Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies.
  • Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions.
  • Enforce safe work practices as the highest priority.

Requirements

· 3 years of Controls experience

· Rockwell and Siemens experience

· Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.

· Ability to adapt and work with Fanuc robots, IR Vision on the robots is nice to have.
