We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Riverview. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MRI procedures on patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, or Ultrasonography required.
- Current ARRT certification and Florida State license in Radiologic Technology required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification or RQI required.
