Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse on our overnight shift at Greenville Memorial Hospital, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering a patient-centered approach. You will demonstrate clinical competency by utilizing evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes.

About the Role
This position requires a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in an acute inpatient setting. As a member of our team, you will adhere to all compliance and policy/procedures of the organization, including licensure renewal, assigned training, employee health screenings, time and attendance policy, dress code policy, patient confidentiality, infection control, medication administration, and regulatory agency requirements (TJC, SC DPH, CMS).

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a Registered Nurse on our overnight shift include:
  • Collecting data and completing nursing assessments utilizing appropriate area and/or age-specific standards/policies and tools.
  • Identifying nursing priorities for patient plan of care based on nursing assessment and other data as appropriate.
  • Validating these priorities with healthcare team members and documenting appropriately.
  • Developing an individual plan of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient.
  • Providing direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan.

What We Offer
In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing and be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. In lieu of 1 year of registered nurse experience, we will accept successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization.
