About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing direct patient care and leadership within our Women & Newborn Care Unit (WNCC). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- ADN or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in Arkansas or a Compact State
- At least one year of experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- BLS certification; ACLS certification within 90 days
