Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced delivery route operator to join our team at Mbn Incorporated. As a package courier, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages across various locations. This is a full-time position requiring an individual to work 8-10 hour days, 5 days a week, with 2 days off. However, please note that the schedule may vary depending on resources available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of vehicles in city and rural locations
  • Ability to adjust to weather conditions and traffic situations
  • Focus on delivering packages efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a box truck or straight van within the last 3 years
  • Focused on safe vehicle operation at all times
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Lifting ability of up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day (hand trucks provided for heavier loads)

Benefits:

  • Benefits package available after 90 days for full-time employees (25% employer contribution)
  • 401k available after one year
  • 30-day training period after driver approval
