  • Work Schedule: Shift-based, providing a balanced work-life experience.
  • Practice Model: Supervised framework with a significant level of independence.
  • Facility Level: Level 3 Trauma Center.
  • Specialty Focus: No cardiac, pediatric, or transplant cases.
  • Technology: Utilize Epic health records and advanced operating rooms.
  • Compensation: Competitive annual base salary of $240,000.
  • Call Compensation: Flat rate for typically light call shifts, with additional pay for 24-hour shifts on call.
  • Incentives: Annual $5,000 engagement bonus, a one-time $10,000 signing bonus, and $30,000 retention bonuses for every two-year commitment beyond the first year.
  • Professional Development: $5,000 annually for CME and licensure expenses.
  • Insurance: Comprehensive malpractice coverage at no cost.
  • Benefits: Flexible offerings including medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, plus a 4.25% employer contribution to retirement savings.
