Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate nursing services for assigned groups of individuals
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct initial assessments and provide emergency nursing care as needed
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff development programs and continuing education to stay current with best practices
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Ability to interact with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to provide emergency nursing care
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and bend for periods in excess of three hours
