Position Highlights:

  • We are seeking an ambitious Neurodiagnostic/EEG Technologist to join our talented team in this impactful role.

Job Description:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Other shift scheduling options may be available, with call every 4th week/weekend and corresponding pay.
  • STAT and Routine EEGs, continuous long-term monitoring EEG studies in an Acute Hospital setting for all age groups, and scheduled outpatient EEG studies for pediatrics and adults.
  • Initiate proper interventions based on changes in the patient's condition and extract relevant information from the patient's chart.
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot medical and general support equipment.
  • Complete testing for reports, charging procedures, prepare patient rooms, stock supplies, and contact supervisory staff when necessary.

Education and Certification Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of EEG/ EEG/Neurodiagnostics Technology.
  • Registration in EEG (R. EEG T.) or evoke potentials (R. EP T.) from the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist within two years of accepting the position.
