About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Behavioral/Mental Health Technicians. As a BHT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care and behavioral assistance/interventions, maintaining patient safety, implementing behavioral plans, and documenting care according to policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral studies or a related field is preferred, but not required; associate's degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience working with patients with behavioral health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are necessary.
