Job Description

As a Medical Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, and implementing and evaluating care.

You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and accurate delivery of care. This will involve formulating a plan of care, revising it based on the patient's response to treatment, and regularly evaluating its effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). An Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred) is also required.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings and education assistance programs.
