Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled assembler to join our team, responsible for the production of thermal and heat exchange products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measuring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture thermal and heat exchange products with precision.
  • Utilize micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy in assembly.
  • Assemble and apply paint to products as required.
  • Stack components efficiently for production flow.
  • Conduct leak testing to identify any welding imperfections.
  • Interpret and follow blueprints to meet specifications.
  • Employ hand, power, and measuring instruments effectively.
  • Inspect finished workpieces and document quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with hand and power tools is essential.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Proficiency with calipers and micrometers is mandatory.
