Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics and Inventory Supervisor to join our dynamic team at a leading event rental company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup of various rental items including tents, tables, and chairs as required.
  • Efficiently load and unload customer orders utilizing appropriate securing methods.
  • Operate delivery vehicles for transporting equipment and setting up events, ensuring all materials are unloaded safely.
  • Capable of lifting weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.
  • Oversee the management of rental inventory, including maintenance and repairs of all equipment.
  • Lead a team during peak seasons and manage a smaller group during off-peak periods.
  • Engage with customers for pickups and on-site deliveries, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members.
  • Handle some sales inquiries and order processing.
  • Operate machinery as needed.
  • Prior experience with forklifts is advantageous; training will be provided for certification.
  • Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Work primarily outdoors.
